Justin O’Neill is a Photography Director, creative producer, photographer, and teacher living in New York. 

Justin most recently oversaw the photography for both the print+ digital editions, and social media platforms of Esquire Magazine as its Visual Director (since 2017). Previously, Justin has worked in the photography departments at GQ, New York Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, T Magazine, and The New Yorker. Justin is also a faculty member of the School of Visual Arts, and teaches multiple photography workshops.
